The only thing I find a bit off is the way my eyes don't rest on the focus, which is assume you intend to be the character and/or staff. I suspect they are a bit too close to the center of the image, as my eyes slide down naturally to the lower left from where they are now. From advice I've gathered elsewhere the centre is best reserved for iconic compositions where structure and lines lead your eye to the centre, or in compositions where there is frankly very few places for your eyes to go. For a positive spin one could say that you've done too well with the background
But it's still a very fine piece, and I hope what I've said has been helpful
now that thing reads awesomely in thumb and big. also looks really awesome too.
