I especially like the foreground with the grass, it looks like the blurring of a photograph, incredibly realistic. I have a bit of trouble getting a feel for the speed of the horse. I like the dust flying up behind, but maybe some blurring on purpose? For example, if the horse is the main focus then the fence and the ground shoud blur more. But if the you want the background in focus, then maybe the horse should blur more? I don't know! You're the artist, lol, you know best.
